Help aging neighbors stay safe and supported in their homes — while reducing waste and strengthening local small businesses.
Because aging at home shouldn’t be a burden — it should be a blessing. 💙
We founded the KTX Blue Towel Mission after watching our own dads age and realizing how difficult, and sometimes unsafe, home maintenance becomes later in life. At the same time, we saw an increasing number of aging homeowners in our community struggling with the same challenges.
Since 2018, through KTX Window Cleaning, we’ve been providing free community cleanings — and those early efforts eventually grew into a larger idea: what if we could sustainably fund essential home services for aging neighbors?
Through a collaboration with Houston Methodist West, unused medical textiles are now being repurposed to help provide funding for free home maintenance, repairs, and safety support — all completed by trusted local professionals at no cost to the homeowner.

Houston Methodist West has played an instrumental role in shaping our recycling process. Their surgeons, medical staff, and administrators helped us design the systems that make medical material recovery possible. As a Founding Sponsor, they have set the foundation for a partnership model we hope to replicate with hospitals across Texas and beyond.
