To apply for or nominate a homeowner, fill out the application below for consideration in the KTX Blue Towel Mission’s first round of free home upkeep services.
Our goal
We believe everyone deserves a safe, well-cared-for home—especially those who’ve spent their lives building our community. Use this form to apply or nominate a homeowner in need. Each story is reviewed by our Selection Committee, and while services are not guaranteed, every application helps us bring hope and care to more neighbors.
Our Approach
We know asking for help isn’t easy, and we’re honored by your trust. Each application is reviewed with compassion and care. While we can’t guarantee services for every submission, we do our best to assist as many qualified homeowners as possible based on available resources, funding, and volunteer capacity.

Our mission is to assist elderly residents in the Greater Houston Area whose homes may need repairs, safety improvements, or general upkeep—helping them stay safe, comfortable, and cared for in the homes they love.

- Maintain internal records and reporting for our Selection Committee
- Improve program operations and transparency
- We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. How We Protect Your Information
All data is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Only authorized members of the KTX Blue Towel Mission team or Selection Committee may access application materials for evaluation. Uploaded files are encrypted and deleted when no longer needed for program purposes.
4. Photography & Media
If selected for assistance, before-and-after photos may be taken to document services. These images will not be used publicly without written or recorded consent from the homeowner or nominee.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share limited data with:
- Approved contractors or volunteers assigned to a project
- Partner organizations strictly for program coordination or reporting
All partners and volunteers are required to maintain confidentiality.
6. Cookies & Website Analytics
Our website may use standard cookies or analytics tools to measure site performance. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools.
7. Your Rights
You may request to review, update, or delete your submitted information at any time by contacting info@ktxbluetowelmission.org
